Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments reminders are sent via text 72-48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. We require a credit card to be on file before your appointment is booked.

-Giving notice less than 48 hours in advance will result in a fee of 50% of your service total.

-Giving notice less than 24 hours in advance will result in a fee of 100% of your service total.

- NO SHOWS will also result in a fee of 100% of your service total and a full deposit will be required to secure your next appointment.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our regular guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members' schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. bua salon's policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. Refund Policy


Bua Salon Cancellation, No Refund, and Stylist Departure Policy

Client Cancellations and No-Shows:

Deposits: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your service.

24-Hour Cancellation Notice:  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us, your deposit will be forfeited, and you may be required to prepay for future services.

Refunds:

No Refunds: All services rendered and products purchased at Bua Salon are non-refundable.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 10 days of your appointment, and we will gladly offer a complimentary redo session with the same stylist.

Stylist Departure Clause:

Deposits and Commissions: When a client makes a deposit for a future appointment, a portion of that deposit is paid to the stylist as a commission. Therefore, in the event of a stylist's departure, the full deposit amount may not be available to the salon.

Client Options: Bua Salon understands that unexpected stylist departures can be disruptive. To mitigate this, we offer the following options to clients whose stylist has left:

Rebooking: The client may choose to rebook their appointment with a new stylist of equal or greater skill level.

In-Salon Credit: The client may choose to use the full original deposit amount as credit towards products or other services offered at Bua Salon.

No Refunds: Due to the commission structure, refunds of deposits are not possible. However, Bua Salon is committed to providing the above options to ensure clients receive the full value of their deposit.
